  • Weld ability
    Guaranteed, under specific conditions (preheat to 200°C). After welding, it is recommended to anneal at 600 - 650°C for the stress relieving.
  • Machinability
    Very good.
  • Application
    All purpose applications without any special requirements. It is suitable for medium stressed parts and construction elements. The steel cannot be heat-treated.

  • Weld ability

    Very good.
  • Application
    General applications for castings of parts under stress where hardening treatment is not necessary. Suitable for application in electrically powered machines.

  • Weldability
    Good under specific conditions - preheating to 350°C. After welding, the casting must be annealed at 600-650°C for the stress relieving or normalized and tempered anew.
  • Machinability
    Good, at reduced cutting speed.
  • Application
    For selected applications as cast parts with increased strength, hardness and toughness of construction where a high amount of A, Z and KC are not simultaneously required. The steel is not intended for hardening treatment.
